Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Demonstrated ability to manage the entire cab booking process across NCR Chandigarh Bhuvaneswar Lucknow and Jaipur ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Proficient in overseeing cab booking operations including tracking and managing bookings for Senior Leadership/Adcom Members and Partners and ensured high level of customer satisfaction and timely feedback from them. Experienced in implementing tracking methods to ensure compliance with service timelines for each high-end booking. Supervising cab booking team with high level of commitment and service delivery to our people. Adept at handling feedback management systems to address employee queries and escalate issues effectively. Responsible for managing event transportation and Global leadership visits by coordinating with internal stakeholders vendors drivers to ensure seamless services. Responsible to regular connect with Executive assistants Employees & key stakeholder to ensure they are well aware of processes policies and recent updates.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills and must have 10 years of experience to work with Transport (client side/front end) operations having good knowledge of NCR geography trip packages price calculations and Govt. toll & state taxes

Experience

Customer success and Industry experience of 10 under Transport / Logistics category
