Education
Associates Degree in EMS Healthcare Administration or related field Required
Bachelors Degree in Healthcare related field Preferred
Experience
5 years experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) including 911 and transport experience Required
Demonstrated understanding of EMS operations and transport (ground and/or air) considerations and previous EMS industry experiences specific to operating within the construct of an urban academic medical center Required
2 years of EMS supervisory or management experience Preferred
Licenses
Paramedic Certification Required
Basic Life Support Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required
Advanced Pediatric Life Suport Required or
Pediatric Adv. Life Support Required
EMS Vehicle Operator Required
Drivers License Required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program Preferred
Cert Flight Paramedic Preferred or
Critical Care Paramedic Cert Preferred
Natl Reg. Emergency Med Techs Preferred
