Bruker has a new opportunity for aTalent Acquisition Partner with German (m/f/d) for the shared service center based in Warsaw.

• Effective Talent Selection: Facilitate behavioural video interviews with hiring managers and candidate to offer professional insights and guidance in the assessment and selection of qualified candidates
• Recruitment Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and improve overall hiring effectiveness
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational objectives develop strategic workforce plans to ensure alignment of talent acquisition efforts with business needs
• Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as social media networking events job boards and employee referrals
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Utilise effective screening techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit for the organization
• Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication feedback and support to candidates
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared

• Proven experience within recruitment/talent acquisition
• Fluency in German (C1 Level) and English (min B2 Level)
  
• Excellent written verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor leveraging a strong business acumen
• Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
• Resourceful determined collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
