Role: Marketing Manager
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) US CST
Salary Range: $1500 - $2800 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

Paid Media Management
- Plan execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (primary channel).
- Manage and support campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Search Engine Marketing (Google/Bing)
- Monitor performance metrics including CTR CPC CPA ROAS conversions and attribution.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative targeting and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing.
Native & Supplemental Media (Plus)
- Support campaigns on native platforms such as Taboola Outbrain and MGID.
- Coordinate with supplemental media partners.
- Track and report click-through rates engagement and performance.
- Provide insights to improve client campaign outcomes.
Marketing Project Management & Operations
- Build and maintain centralized systems for:
- Marketing assets
- Campaign creative
- Messaging frameworks
- Performance reports
- Organize and tag content for easy distribution.
- Manage timelines workflows and deliverables.
- Coordinate across sales client services creative and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
Content & Enablement
- Structure and manage content libraries.
- Collaborate with internal and external creators.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Enable client services teams with campaign data and insights.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop recurring performance reports.
- Analyze trends and optimization opportunities.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain attribution and tracking frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn paid ad campaigns.
- Experience with paid social and/or search advertising.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred / Plus
- Experience with native advertising platforms (Taboola Outbrain MGID).
- Experience in B2B media advertising or experiential environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams.
- Experience with attribution modeling or advanced analytics.
