Role and Key accountabilities

The Primary Market Admissions Intern will have responsibility to:

Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
Act as first point of contact for listing applications for Euronext Dublin markets.
Allocate debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members.
Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext Dublin.
Apply Euronext and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust timely and consistent basis.
Liaise with listing agents legal firms service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers.
Assist on AML/KYC remediation project in relation to onboarding of customers.
Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.
Input into other ancillary tasks related to Admissions
