DescriptionOur Fund Solutions and Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to fund managers companies financial sponsors lenders creditors and other interested parties in special and distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation throughout the business life cycle.
As a Senior Associate Fund Solutions Restructuring you will be responsible for supporting the Fund Solutions and Restructuring team with the day-to-day procedures involved in both Fund Solutions and Restructuring Advisory engagements. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team the successful candidate will work on a range of assignments including assisting fund clients in special situations from undertaking financial analysis and supporting the drafting of investment proposals to working on fund management transitions asset realisations investment reporting and business development research initiatives all whist liaising with a wide range of stakeholders. The candidate will support the growth of the Fund Solutions and Restructuring business in the EMEA region.

- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and drive relationships with individuals from all industries.
- Ability to master new tasks quickly whilst showing strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Ability to manage rapidly changing assignments and work well under pressure
- Strong team player and work in a team environment across multiple mandates.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and manage risk deal with ambiguity and understand the commercial drivers of the outcomes of our work
- Relevant degree achieving 2:1 or equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- A relevant accounting or investment qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
