The Senior FP&A Accounting Lead will have opportunity to support our reporting for Oil & Gas and Marine Division. This role will partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to help deliver consolidated forecast and actual results to the division Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents. This role will also drive standardized reporting through process improvements built in Axiom and Power BI partnering with change management where applicable and ensuring reporting governance aligns with overall goals. This position will work closely with senior leadership across all functions of the Oil and Gas Marine Division to drive deadlines and ensure deliverables are being met.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze actuals and forecast results for the Oil & Gas and Marine Division to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Perform consolidated pricing and mix analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities.
  • Collect validate and report order coverage metrics to the Division Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents.
  • Establish and manage monthly closing and forecasting deadlines to ensure timely and accurate divisional reporting.
  • Lead the successful execution of ABP (Annual Business Plan) and RBM (Rolling Business Management) forecast submissions including scenario modeling for leadership reviews.
  • Serve as Divisional Lead and Power and Energy liaison for the OneStream implementation ensuring alignment across teams and successful system adoption.
  • Perform complex accounting and financial functions that support corporate and businessunit decisionmaking on broad or highly complex issues.

What You Have:

  • Education: BachelorsDegree in Accounting or Finance
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes methods and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Alteryx (Axiom)
  • OneStream integration experience

Summary Pay Range:

$128470.00 - $192710.00
