The Community & Social Content Lead isresponsible for shaping and executing the organic social presence across ourhospitality brands. This role owns the day-to-daycontent creation while also helping guide the creative vision and brand consistencyof how each concept shows up online and in the community.
This position is highly hands-on filmingwith a phone editing posting engaging while also thinking like a brandsteward: curating moments activating partnerships and turning events intostories that live beyond the night.
What Youll DoContent Creation & BrandVisionFilm edit and publish high-quality phone-first contentacross all concepts with a strong emphasis on short-form video
Oversee the creativevision for organic content ensuring brand consistency whilehonoring each concepts personality
Develop content ideas shot lists andstorytelling frameworks that translate in-venue energy into compelling socialmoments
Guide how trends are adapted not copied to feel on-brand and intentional
Social Media ManagementBuild and manage monthly social media calendarsacross all brands
Schedule and publish content across platforms(Reels carousels static posts)
Post InstagramStories multiple times per week capturing real-time momentsand behind-the-scenes content
Monitor performance and help evolve strategybased on what resonates
Community & PartnershipsActively engage with followers through DMs comments reposts and communityinteraction
Build and maintain relationships with influencers creators brands and nonprofitpartners
Help identify and activate strategic partnerships thatalign with each concepts values and audience
Support influencer visits giftingcollaborations and content capture from start to finish
Events & ActivationsHelp conceptualizecurate and execute social-forward events including winedinners ticketed experiences brand collaborations and charity activations
Collaborate with marketing operations andpartners to ensure events are designed with storytellingand content capture in mind
Capture content on-site and overseepost-event storytelling across platforms
Additional ResponsibilitiesManage donationcertificates across all concepts (tracking requests creationcoordination)
Assist with printingand delivery of marketing materials (menus push cardsposters)
Support occasional after-hours events and extended daystied to key activations and launches
What Were Looking For13 years of experience in social media content creation or brandmarketing
Highly proficient in filming and editing content on a phone
Strong eye for branding aesthetics and storytelling
Comfortable overseeing creative directionwhile executing hands-on
Organized proactive and confident managing multiple brands at once
Experience working with influencers brand partners or nonprofitcollaborations
Familiarity with paid social is a plus butnot required
