Were looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Villages location. If youre energized by leading from the front developing teams and creating exceptional guest experiences every single day wed love to meet you.
What Youll Do
As the Assistant Manager youll be a key leader in the store and our company. Youll help guide day-to-day operations support and develop the team and ensure every guest who walks through our doors feels the Jeffs Bagel Run warmth.
You will:
Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth consistent execution.
Lead shifts with confidencesetting the tone maintaining energy and keeping the team focused.
Coach train and motivate team members while reinforcing hospitality and operational standards.
Act as the primary support to the General Manager helping implement goals and company initiatives.
Ensure high standards of safety cleanliness food quality and service are consistently met.
Assist with inventory receiving prep systems and organization to keep the store running efficiently.
Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly in fast-paced moments.
Uphold company policies and ensure proper handling of cash discounts and daily procedures.
Foster a positive accountable team-oriented culture.
Jump in wherever neededwe are working managers and lead side-by-side with our teams.

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coaching skills.

Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
