Aztrum is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning architectural practice based in the Romsey region. As our client continues to expand they are bringing their expertise to exciting new projects and partnerships within the Residential sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Lead the conceptualisation and design of innovative architectural projects balancing client needs functionality and aesthetics.
Manage projects from initial brief through to completion including site visits timeline management and budget control.
Collaborate closely with designers engineers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Present design concepts provide progress updates and address client feedback to ensure their vision is achieved.
Utilise advanced design tools and software particularly Vectorworks.
Integrate sustainable building practices into designs ensuring environmentally responsible outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience for this Architect role:

Previous experience working on large-scale projects.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (or related field).
Licensed Architect.
Proficiency in Vectorworks.
Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes.
