What You Will Do
As a Frontline Seller focused on small accounts you will represent Johnson Controls as a trusted partner to our customersprimarily end usersby understanding their needs and offering solutions within our standard product and pricing framework. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers within an assigned local geographic area working independently or alongside more experienced sellers. This role supports our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality reliable solutions.
How You Will Do It
- Build strong customer relationships within assigned small-account segments.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Johnson Controls solutions from our standard portfolio.
- Manage service and support existing customer accounts to grow satisfaction retention and repeat business.
- Execute sales activities to meet a limited sales target or quota.
- Coordinate with internal teams and leverage guidance from your supervisor or experienced sellers to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity opportunities and pipeline in accordance with company processes.
- Represent Johnson Controls professionally in the local market.
What We Look For
Required Qualifications:
- University degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
OR - 2year degree (associate level) and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
OR - An equivalent combination of education and experience.
