Role Summary

We are looking for aDynatrace & Observability Engineerto implement configure and manage end-to-end monitoring for web applications and backend services. The role requires hands-on experience withDynatrace RUM Synthetic Monitoring OneAgent deployment and dashboards with a strong focus on application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manageDynatrace Application Observability(OEM / Managed / SaaS)
• Enable and configureReal User Monitoring (RUM)for web applications
• Deploy and manageDynatrace OneAgenton servers VMs or containers
• ConfigureSynthetic Monitoring(browser and HTTP monitors) where licensed
• Monitor and analyze:
  • Application availability
  • Page load performance and Core Web Vitals
  • User sessions and traffic trends
  • Request throughput and error rates
• Configureweb applications services and detection rules
• Define URL and domain-based rules for page classification and storefront separation
• Build and maintainDynatrace dashboardsfor operations and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot performance issues across frontend services and infrastructure
• Work with application infrastructure and security teams to support monitoring requirements
• Document monitoring setup dashboards and known limitations

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience withDynatrace
• Experience with:
  • RUM (Real User Monitoring)
  • Synthetic Monitoring
  • OneAgent installation and configuration
• Good understanding of:
  • Web application performance
  • Browser-based monitoring
  • Application and service metrics
• Experience creatingdashboards and alertsin Dynatrace
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

Good to Have

• Experience witheCommerce platforms(SAP Commerce Spartacus etc.)
• Familiarity withcloud platforms(Azure AWS GCP)
• Knowledge ofCDN CSP and WAFconcepts
• Exposure to logs metrics and distributed tracing
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
