Job Summary

Position: Branch Manager
Experience: *10 – 12 Years (Mandatory experience in Two-Wheeler Industry)
Salary: *35000 – 40000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: *Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall branch operations including Sales Service Coordination and Administration
* Drive sales performance revenue targets and showroom profitability
* Lead manage and mentor the sales service and support teams
* Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
* Manage inventory planning vehicle deliveries and documentation processes
* Coordinate with Head Office and Business Head for performance reporting and strategy execution
* Handle local marketing initiatives test ride programs and customer engagement activities
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs audits and statutory requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Currently or previously working as Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Sales Manager in a two-wheeler dealership
* Experience with premium or electric vehicle brands will be an added advantage
* Strong knowledge of the Trivandrum local market preferred
