Were now looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our Cloud Access function a high-impact strategic role at the heart of how we retain grow and maximise value for our AWS and Microsoft resell customers.

About the Role

As Customer Success Lead youll own the end-to-end success of our Cloud Access customers (effectively our Cloud Resell division) ensuring strong retention deeper adoption smarter cloud consumption and meaningful expansion across the Versent portfolio.

Youll be the voice of the customer the bridge into the wider Versent business and a critical driver of commercial and product outcomes.

What youll be doing

Customer Success & Growth

  • Own retention renewals and expansion across Microsoft & AWS resell customers.

  • Lead consumption and licensing renewals independently or with Growth & Advisory teams.

  • Build and execute customer success plans aligned to business and cloud outcomes.

  • Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders including executives.

  • Drive adoption and value of Cloud Access offerings through aligned use cases.

  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Pre-Sales.

  • Act as a pre-sales advisor on Cloud Access opportunities supporting commercial outcomes.

Operational & Product Leadership

  • Lead onboarding and migration of new resell customers through to stabilisation.

  • Triage billing support and engineering issues providing clear customer communication.

  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and priorities.

  • Partner across Sales Pre-Sales Build and Support to enhance customer experience.

FinOps & Cloud Optimisation

  • Deliver FinOps-style engagements to optimise and govern cloud spend.

  • Prepare and present cloud cost and usage insights.

  • Advise on cost optimisation strategies and track realised value.

What youll bring

  • 5 years experience in customer success product consulting or commercial roles within technology or cloud.

  • Experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft and/or AWS partner ecosystems (highly desirable).

  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence in renewals licensing and consumption-based models.

  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with credibility at senior and executive levels.

  • FinOps financial management or cloud cost optimisation experience (preferred but not required).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail.

  • Clear confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • A genuine enjoyment of working closely with customers and solving meaningful problems.
