Commercial Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Providing clear commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts.
• Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance.
• Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of significant transactional experience preferably in an in-house environment working on a wide variety of commercial contracts including but not limited to SOWs NDAs and MSAs vendor procurement supply chain service and customer/sales agreements.
• Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Issue spotting and contract planning.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
