GROWING Financial Services company is looking to add a Immigration Specialist to their HR department.
SUMMARY:
- This role will be a key point of contact for all global immigration matters (i.e. end-to-end work authorization visa applications compliance across several countries etc.)
- Help lead the companys immigration strategy and operations (i.e. ensure legal compliance advise employees relocations shortterm assignments etc.) to enable smooth crossborder transitions.
- Will work closely with employees and external partners to streamline processes and strengthen the companys ability to attract and retain top international talent.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of immigration and global mobility experience with significant emphasis on immigration program management
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international immigration processes regulations and compliance requirements with experience managing complex multi-region cases.
- Bachelors degree
