What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe efficient and consistent operations
- Support coach and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals
- Monitor production data troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
- Maintain compliance with all safety environmental and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For
- Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations with a strong focus on developing high-performing safety-driven teams
- Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry plant and logistics functions to make sound timely operational decisions
- Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation in high-hazard environments
- Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators maintenance teams quality control and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement across the operation
Work Environment
This role works in an industrial production setting with exposure to varying temperatures dust and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas. The position involves standing walking and occasional lifting as part of normal operations.
