Role and Responsibilities of Team Supervisor:
Lead and mentor front-end associates to provide consistent high-quality customer service.
Oversee checkout operations including processing returns refunds and financial transactions.
Maintain a clean and presentable front-end area at all times.
Assist with store operations as needed during busy periods evenings weekends and holiday seasons.
Promote a positive and safe work environment for all associates.
Compensation and Benefits of Team Supervisor:
Hourly pay range: $20.00 - $33.00/hr
