Large Group Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Large Group Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a book of business consisting of 15-20 clients primarily focusing on accounts with 100 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-funding level funding and fully insured accounts as well as experience in renewal projections marketing and resolving escalated claims issues.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $125000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business consisting of 15-20 clients.
- Act as a project manager for client accounts ensuring seamless onboarding of new business and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Conduct renewal projections and assist with marketing efforts as needed.
- Address and resolve escalated claims issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend in-person client meetings as required at least quarterly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and growth goals are achieved.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a broker or carrier Account Manager/Account Executive role with a focus on medical insurance (not just ancillary).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with proprietary systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel to client meetings within driving distance of Seattle.
