Job Summary

Ello Technology is hiring a Pipeline Engine Lead to build and run our predictable lead generation engine.

This is not running ads.
This is owning the full pipeline: traffic funnels automation clean delivery into Zoho CRM.


Your Core Outcome

Deliver minimum 1 qualified lead per business day into Zoho CRM for Sales to work.


What Youll Own

  • Paid campaigns (Google Meta LinkedIn)
  • Full-funnel builds in GoHighLevel (pages forms workflows calendars)
  • Weekly optimization (CPL booked calls show rate opportunity rate)
  • Clean GHL Zoho CRM automation
  • Tracking & attribution (UTMs GA4 conversion accuracy)
  • CRM hygiene (99% sync accuracy near-zero unknown sources)

You are measured on leads conversion and data integrity not activity.


90-Day Target

  • 30 qualified leads per month
  • 1 qualified lead per business day consistently
  • Stable GHL Zoho sync (99% accuracy)
  • Clear weekly scoreboards (CPL-Q booked show opportunity close)


Non-Negotiables

  • Full-stack GoHighLevel ability
  • Proven paid conversion optimization experience
  • Strong tracking & UTM discipline
  • CRM field mapping & routing competence (Zoho)
  • Ability to diagnose funnel leaks quickly
