- Paid campaigns (Google Meta LinkedIn)
- Full-funnel builds in GoHighLevel (pages forms workflows calendars)
- Weekly optimization (CPL booked calls show rate opportunity rate)
- Clean GHL Zoho CRM automation
- Tracking & attribution (UTMs GA4 conversion accuracy)
- CRM hygiene (99% sync accuracy near-zero unknown sources)
You are measured on leads conversion and data integrity not activity.
90-Day Target
- 30 qualified leads per month
- 1 qualified lead per business day consistently
- Stable GHL Zoho sync (99% accuracy)
- Clear weekly scoreboards (CPL-Q booked show opportunity close)
Non-Negotiables
- Full-stack GoHighLevel ability
- Proven paid conversion optimization experience
- Strong tracking & UTM discipline
- CRM field mapping & routing competence (Zoho)
- Ability to diagnose funnel leaks quickly
