What Youll Do
- Prospect daily (cold calling LinkedIn email networking)
- Run structured discovery calls
- Qualify hard
- Present solutions clearly
- Close recurring revenue
- Maintain strict Zoho CRM discipline
Weekly Activity Standards (Directional)
- 250400 cold calls
- 812 discovery meetings booked
- 36 proposals sent
- R12500 new MRR closed per week (avg to hit target)
Output creates pipeline. Pipeline creates MRR.
Non-Negotiables
- Proven outbound experience
- Comfortable handling rejection
- Can confidently ask for the business
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Clean CRM habits (Zoho mandatory)
- Consultative selling ability
