Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with more than 8 years of project management experience to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across various disciplines including Information Technology Engineering Property or Business Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion within agreed scope time cost and quality parameters. The role requires strong leadership capability stakeholder engagement expertise and advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior project managers and team members ensure optimal task prioritization and work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements epics and user stories into structured delivery plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects aligned to business strategy.
Implement and manage Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
Develop comprehensive project plans schedules budgets and risk management frameworks.
Ensure accurate cost estimation and effective budget control.
Manage scope change control and benefit realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
Engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple business areas.
Conduct impact assessments across processes systems and organizational roles.
Monitor project performance using KPIs quality metrics and status reporting.
Ensure compliance with governance risk and control standards.
Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adequate resource allocation and capacity planning.
Escalate risks and issues appropriately to senior management.

Requirements
Education
Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business Management Information Technology Engineering or a related field (Essential)
Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Management (Advantageous)
Certifications
Professional Project Management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent (Essential)
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or SAFe (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in a project environment
At least 57 years in a Project Manager role
Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
Strong experience in Agile project environments
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Technical & Professional Competencies
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK PRINCE2 Agile)
Budget management and financial control expertise
Risk management and governance experience
Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy skills
Change management knowledge
Strong analytical planning and decision-making abilities
