The position will be responsible for driving operational excellence business expansion distributor network growth and revenue scalability for the company in Malaysia. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen market presence optimize processes and accelerate sustainable growth in the direct selling ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership
Oversee end-to-end business operations including supply chain logistics warehousing customer support compliance and distributor servicing
Ensure efficient execution of SOPs cost optimization and process automation
Monitor operational KPIs productivity metrics and service delivery standards
Ensure compliance with Malaysia Direct Selling Association (DSAM) guidelines and local regulatory requirements
Coordinate with finance for budgeting forecasting and cost control
Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with IMCs vision and expansion plans
Drive distributor acquisition activation retention and leadership development
Identify new market opportunities partnerships and channel expansion initiatives
Support product launches promotional campaigns and incentive programs
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to strengthen brand presence and distributor engagement
Strategic & Leadership Role
Act as a key member of the leadership team contributing to long-term strategy and decision-making
Lead mentor and scale cross-functional teams across operations and business development
Build a performance driven ethical and people centric culture
Represent the company at leadership meets distributor conventions and external forums
Key Skills & Competence
Strong understanding of direct selling/MLM business models
Proven expertise in operations management and business scaling
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen
Deep understanding of distributor motivation and network dynamics
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business management operations marketing or related fields (MBA preferred)
12-18 years of experience with significant exposure to direct selling/FMCG/wellness/healthcare sectors
Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership role handling operations and business development
Experience in the Malaysia market is mandatory
