o App Team for in-app placements notifications and second-screen integrations.
o Content Team for contextual integration of the game into live match coverage and programming.
o Partnerships Team for coordination with external partners
Monitor real-time campaign and game performance during live matches to identify opportunities for on-the-go improvements and intervention.
Conduct post-series data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness track user behavior trends and assess game performance metrics (e.g. participation engagement repeat users).
Recommend optimizations based on learnings and data insights to improve:
o User acquisition and onboarding flows
o In-game engagement and repeat play
o Reward perception and prize delivery mechanisms
Identify and action growth opportunities across formats regions and languages to enhance game reach and relevance.
Operational responsibilities across all campaign properties including IPL to ensure timely campaign setup coordinate with multiple internal teams (Sales coordination commercial Business finance Ops) tracking of live performance and issue resolution to maintain seamless execution.
Oversee the complete gratification lifecycle including winner verification prize dispatch vendor coordination and adherence to compliance norms to ensure a smooth and timely reward experience for participants.
To coordinate with the Jio Platforms team for smooth coupon delivery execution and explore opportunities to maximize revenue on JDDD.
