Job Summary

Manage end-to-end marketing operations for the Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan (JDDD) game across all phases pre-series in-series and post-series.
Coordinate seamlessly with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and game-related initiatives:
o Product Team for game logic development user experience updates and feature rollouts.
o OAP (On-Air Promotions) for creation and delivery of marketing assets across broadcast platforms.
o App Team for in-app placements notifications and second-screen integrations.
o Content Team for contextual integration of the game into live match coverage and programming.
o Partnerships Team for coordination with external partners
Monitor real-time campaign and game performance during live matches to identify opportunities for on-the-go improvements and intervention.
Conduct post-series data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness track user behavior trends and assess game performance metrics (e.g. participation engagement repeat users).
Recommend optimizations based on learnings and data insights to improve:
o User acquisition and onboarding flows
o In-game engagement and repeat play
o Reward perception and prize delivery mechanisms
Identify and action growth opportunities across formats regions and languages to enhance game reach and relevance.
Operational responsibilities across all campaign properties including IPL to ensure timely campaign setup coordinate with multiple internal teams (Sales coordination commercial Business finance Ops) tracking of live performance and issue resolution to maintain seamless execution.
Oversee the complete gratification lifecycle including winner verification prize dispatch vendor coordination and adherence to compliance norms to ensure a smooth and timely reward experience for participants.
To coordinate with the Jio Platforms team for smooth coupon delivery execution and explore opportunities to maximize revenue on JDDD.

Key Accountabilities

    • Manage end-to-end marketing operations for the JDDD game across pre during and post-series phases.
    • Coordinate with internal teams like Product OAP App Content Finance and Partnerships for smooth execution.
    • Ensure timely delivery and deployment of all marketing and promotional assets.
    • Track and analyse game and campaign performance during and after each series.
    • Recommend improvements to boost user acquisition engagement and retention.
    • Support live game updates and marketing course corrections based on real-time insights.
    • Identify growth opportunities across audience segments languages and platforms.
    • Manage gratification processes across all game series including high-profile events like the IPL ensuring timely and accurate Coordinate between the Audit Agency Jio Platforms Ltd Fulfilment Agency and Commercial Team to ensure compliance smooth operations and alignment across stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

    • Campaign Execution Timeliness: % of campaigns and assets delivered as per schedule.
    • User Acquisition Growth: Increase in number of first-time players per series/tournament.
    • User Retention Rate: % of users returning to play across multiple matches or series.
    • Engagement Rate: Avg. number of questions answered per user per match / session duration.
    • Game Drop-off Rate: % of users who exit before answering a question (track improvement over time).
    • Operational Control: To Handle end-to-end operations of the Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan (JDDD) game ensuring seamless coordination and execution and to manage gratification processes for JDDD including prize distribution across multiple series such as IPL ensuring accuracy and timelines

Skills & Competencies

    • Strong operational and project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder coordination.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data and apply them to marketing and product improvements.

Qualiofication & Experience

    • 5 years of experience in Sports Marketing
    • Post-Graduate
