Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence drive engagement and generate quality leads through strategic digital campaigns. The role focuses on enhancing online visibility supporting student enrollment goals and optimizing multi-platform marketing initiatives using data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the schools vision and goals.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate admissions leads.
- Manage and optimize website and social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media website and email marketing.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor online reputation respond to inquiries and maintain consistent brand performance using analytics tools and generate ROI-based reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions Academics) and external vendors for campaign execution.
- Support traditional marketing activities such as events fairs and print promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field; diploma or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
- 25 years of proven experience in digital marketing preferably within education training or professional services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics Mailchimp SEO/SEM and CRM platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for design and user experience.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
