Familiar to tools like Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing posts.

Assist in planning and running social media campaigns to promote our courses and initiatives and promote internal events.

Market research on changing trends in social media platforms

Requirements

0-3 years of experience.

Familiarity with Adobe Figma Corel Draw Da Vinci Canva In Shots or similar design tools.

Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Media or related field.

A passion for content creation and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals and copy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) AI tools (ChatGPT Gemini etc.)

Required Skills:

Key responsibilities - Including but not limited to o Onboard new customers o Follow up on renewals o Encourage upsells and cross-sells o Build relationships between customers and the support team Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (Keeping the client posted) Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Networking and handling Senior Executives in Corporates (CxOs Directors Etc.)

Any UG/PG graduates
