Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our ground staff team at the airport. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers as well as assisting with various airport operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Assist with luggage handling and loading/unloading of baggage onto aircraft - Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for departure - Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintain accurate records and reports of all flight activities - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations - Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Perform any other duties as assigned by the airport manager or supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Knowledge of local languages and customs is an asset - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company - Training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge - Chance to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment If you are passionate about aviation and providing exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you.
