We are looking for a Collections Analyst who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Collections Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining the contact with the customer for all account receivables.

A Day in the Life

  • Customers delinquency analysis and communication
  • Special process for customers (upload invoices PO statements etc...)
  • Follow up open items for customers billing/disputes.
  • Visit to customers travel 10%

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Administration Accounting or related
  • Experience of at least 3 years on accounts receivable customer care billing or accounts payables
  • Experience in services industries/companies and B2B relation companies (not mass consumer)
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Excel Advanced
  • SAT regulations basic.
