As a Collections Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple countries ensuring smooth and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires over 3 years of experience in leadership roles and managing finance strategy along with strong capabilities in corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 1015 people
• Ownership of designated countries
• Strategic planning and performance management
• Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support operational excellence within the Collections function

Academic Background: Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or equivalent experience
