To get there were now looking for a Business Development Representative (AO) to help drive our next phase of growth.

Your mission

As our Business Development Representative youll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition. Youll work hands-on with prospects run structured and value-based sales conversations and consistently build a high-quality pipeline that converts into real revenue.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting qualifying and closing new customers
  • Building and managing a strong predictable sales pipeline
  • Running structured discovery and value-based sales conversations
  • Forecasting revenue accurately and reporting on pipeline health
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and partners on demand generation

To succeed in this role you likely bring:

  • Proven success in new business sales within a relevant market

  • Solid experience working with accounting software

  • Background from an accounting office or close collaboration with accounting professionals

  • A strong professional network and the ability to continuously build new relationships

  • Excellent communication discovery and closing skills

  • A track record as a high performer at a competitor leading AO or similar environment

  • Fluency in Swedish andEnglish
