Job Summary
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. Youll hunt prepare and close deals and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. - Advise clients on purchasing and selling residential investment properties and small commercial assets
- Analyze opportunities using key investment metrics (cash flow cap rate cash-on-cash return exit strategy)
- Guide investors through pricing underwriting negotiation due diligence and closing
- Communicate market conditions financing considerations and risk factors clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with in-house property management and investment leadership to support client outcomes
- Manage client communications through our CRM
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Strong understanding of: Investor behavior and decision-making Short- and long-term investment strategies and Generational Wealth Strategies
- Knowledge of the Atlanta Metro real estate market.
- Ability to discuss rates of return cash flow comparative asset analysis and economic conditions in practical client-friendly terms
- High professional standards sound judgment and a long-term advisory mindset
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients referral sources and colleagues
