Client is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide on-site technical support during scheduled participant visits. This role focuses on assisting participants with mobile device setup wearable configuration and ensuring proper system functionality in a clinical or research environment. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting clear communication and strict adherence to data privacy and study protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to participants during scheduled visits
- Assist participants with porting mobile phones to the required platform
- Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones
- Install required applications and ensure correct system settings
- Verify device connectivity data synchronization and overall functionality
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to mobile phones and wearable devices
- Guide participants on proper device usage and functionality
- Document device setup completion and any technical issues encountered
- Maintain compliance with data privacy security standards and study protocols
Required Qualifications
- Experience equivalent to 0 2 years in a related field or a combination of education training and relevant experience
- Background supporting clinical research or healthcare technology environments preferred
- Experience in participant-facing or customer support roles
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems
Technical & Soft Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile phones and wearable devices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
