Job Summary
Fellowship Community Whitehall PA
Fellowship Community is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager (UM) to lead clinical and administrative operations on our nursing unit. This role ensures highquality residentcentered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The UM provides guidance to nursing staff functions as Charge Nurse when needed and supports all shifts in the absence of the ADON/DON.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily unit operations to ensure safe compliant and highquality resident care.
- Conduct resident rounds assess clinical status and coordinate with physicians and families.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff; ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Oversee admissions assessments care planning and documentation accuracy.
- Monitor medication and treatment administration for compliance and safety.
- Provide direct nursing care as needed.
- Uphold resident rights maintain confidentiality and support infectioncontrol standards.
- Participate in QAPI initiatives policy development and interdisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of longterm care or equivalent clinical/leadership experience.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license and BLS certification.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Knowledge of federal state and local longterm care regulations.
- Strong leadership communication organizational and clinical assessment skills.
- Proficient computer skills; AOD experience preferred.
- Ability to work day shift with occasional offshift weekend or holiday support.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing walking bending lifting over 40 lbs. and constant hearing/vision demands.
