Hunt Meadows Elementary School Principal
Qualifications:
- Valid S.C. Elementary Principal certification must be submitted
- At least 3 years assistant principal experience required
- At least3 years teaching early childhood or elementary level experience required
- Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and an in depth understanding of early literacy and effective instructional practices at the elementary level
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and supportthe PLC process
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with complex issues
- Ability to articulate high performance expectations to others and the ability to utilize assessment data for school change and improvement
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a wide variety of educational and cultural backgrounds and to create and sustain a school culture that promotes student growth and achievement while sustaining a healthy and positive morale among educational professionals
- Ability to manage and supervise systems processes and personnel
- Proficiency in utilizing instructional technology
