Private Banking Assistant (Neenah Onsite)

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate new loan requests and renewals including application submission documentation review and loan booking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor loan portfolios by tracking renewals reviewing financial statements and supporting asset quality management.

• Process deposit and loan transactions including account openings wire transfers stop payments and other client service requests.

• Partner with internal teams such as credit legal and customer care to resolve complex transactions and client issues.

• Support Private Bankers with scheduling reporting client outreach and preparation of presentation materials.

• Ensure all documentation and account activity meet compliance risk management and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Associates degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2 years of banking financial services or administrative experience

Preferred:

• Experience supporting high net worth clients

• Experience with loan and deposit documentation processes
