Job Summary

On behalf of our client R.S.M.C. Services are seeking a Locum Dentist with a passion for oral care.

Role: Locum Dentist
Location: Hobbs NM
Schedule: Mondays through Fridays 8am-5pm
Dates Available: May 4 - December 29 2026
Daily Rate: Up to $1200/day
SIGN-ON BONUS: $500 after completing at least 10 shifts
Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered
Travel/Lodging: Hotel and travel reimbursements

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care including exams fillings extractions crown and bridges denture step and preventive treatments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Current state dental license and DEA in good standing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working and creating positive dental experiences.
Commitment to providing high-quality compassionate care.
