- Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing teams to build monthly/quarterly plans and ensure consistent tone positioning and execution.
Content Creation and Scheduling
- Develop and schedule engaging content across key social platforms ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Manage weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with product campaigns and business priorities.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality platform-optimized creatives (reels carousels posts stories).
Community Management
- Monitor all social media channels for comments mentions and direct messages ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Engage audiences consistently to strengthen brand trust loyalty and customer relationships.
- Escalate customer issues or sensitive conversations appropriately while protecting brand reputation.
Social Listening and Trend Monitoring
- Track social trends audience insights to inform content direction and keep the brand relevant.
- Identify emerging platforms formats and features that can improve reach engagement and performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen social media strategy and execution.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in content marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of non-technical and technical SEO and content optimization techniques.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Insights Twitter Analytics Google Analytics) to track and report performance.
- Basic skills in Canva Adobe Spark or similar tools for creating and editing visuals.
- Excellent video editing kills (e.g. Capcut) for short-form video content.
- Understanding of social ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager) for supporting paid campaigns.
