Salary: VPS 4 $97955 - $% super

Location: 664 Collins Street Docklands - Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)

About the role:

Youll design and deliver targeted regulatory interventions to reduce illegal waste dumping across Victoria. Youll work strategically across EPA and partner agencies to address hotspots highrisk behaviours and systemic issues.

In this role you will:

• Design plan and deliver evidencebased interventions targeting illegal dumping
• Analyse data and intelligence to identify hotspots trends and priority risks
• Work across EPA teams and external partners to coordinate intervention activity
• Monitor evaluate and report on intervention outcomes and effectiveness
• Apply project management and problemsolving approaches to deliver taskforce priorities

Skills and experience:

• Strong project or preventative projects experience with outcomes focus
• Strategic thinker able to turn complex information into targeted interventions
• Experience in intervention design behaviour change or regulatory programs
• Understanding of compliance enforcement or regulatory systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills in dynamic environments
