ACCIONA delivers complex civil infrastructure across Australia. Our Engineering and Design teams support major projects with technical leadership and disciplined project delivery. This role helps maintain systems processes and team coordination to support national projects.
About the Opportunity
The Team Administrator supports the Head of Engineering and the M&E Engineering and Design team. The role manages calendars coordinates onboarding and offboarding maintains SharePoint and team trackers organises meetings and events and supports bid preparation design submissions and document uploads. The position suits someone organised responsive and confident working across multiple stakeholders.
What are the key accountabilities for the position
- Manage calendars and resolve conflicts
- Prepare correspondence reports and presentations
- Coordinate team events
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain SharePoint and trackers
- Prepare bid and submission documents
- Upload documents into project systems
Required Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Experience supporting muliple senior managers
- Strong working knowledge of MS Suite
- Able to work independently
