Haldeman Ford is seeking a professional customer-focused Collision Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing collision center team. We are a high-volume process-driven dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality repairs.

Position Overview

The Collision CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

• Schedule collision repair appointments and manage repair calendar

• Open and maintain accurate repair orders in CCC One

• Coordinate with estimators technicians and insurance companies

• Provide proactive status updates to customers throughout the repair process

• Assist with insurance documentation and claim communication

• Review final invoices with customers and ensure smooth vehicle delivery

• Maintain organized customer files and follow dealership compliance standards

• Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and retention efforts

Qualifications

• Prior collision center or automotive dealership experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

• Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
