As a CSR Level III at QP Group you will play a crucial role in enhancing stakeholder confidence in the procurement organization while delivering sustainable value and savings for global companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain needs
- Implementing and managing the 5-stage Sourcing Management Process to optimize results
- Util world-class tools and techniques to drive procurement transformation
- Coaching clients and collaborating on joint client/QP Group teams to transfer expertise
- Contributing to the growth and success of the company by delivering exceptional procurement solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Desired Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in procurement or related fields
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Demonstrated success in implementing procurement strategies and driving cost savings
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $24.9 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $26.5 per hour
