Were looking for a dynamic Operations Advisor- Data Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on support to franchisees. This role is ideal for someone who is data driven enjoys building relationships and is passionate about operational excellence.
- Drive financial accuracy and integrity across the franchise network by ensuring complete and compliant royalty reporting.
- Manage analyze and interpret data from CRM and reporting systems to track performance identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver monthly executive-level reports highlighting key financial compliance and operational insights.
- Partner with franchisees to strengthen operational performance through training coaching and reinforcement of brand standards and best practices.
- Travel to new offices to deliver launch program to position new franchisees for long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes improve compliance controls and increase network profitability.
- Conduct franchise visits performance assessments and outreach to maintain strong relationships and brand consistency.
- Support audits resolve reporting discrepancies and contribute to company communications special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Travel up to 50% as required to support franchise engagement and business needs.
- And other duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor President and/or CEO
Qualifications :
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial literacy: ability to interpret P&L statements tax returns and other financial documents
- Excellent communication skills: able to present to groups and write clear reports
- Tech-savvy: quick to learn new systems; familiarity with MS Office CRM platforms and accounting software is a plus
- Valid drivers license passport reliable transportation and automobile insurance
- Located within 30 minutes of a major airport
- Must possess a credit card with available credit for reimbursable travel expenses
