Youll work closely with commercial leaders across origination pricing client services and finance helping shape the organisational capability needed for continued growth. What youll be doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the PRT People Plan
- Shaping organisational design and future capability needs
- Leading peoplecycle activity including performance talent reward and succession
- Coaching leaders to build culture engagement and effective people leadership
- Using data and insights to guide decisionmaking and highlight opportunities
- Supporting transformation and change programmes across the PRT business
- Collaborating with Centres of Expertise to deliver joinedup HR solutions
- Enabling workforce planning aligned to commercial priorities
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience operating at Senior HRBP level in a complex or regulated organisation
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to influence senior leaders
- Background in organisational design transformation and capability building
- Confident using people data and insights to support decisions
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Comfortable working across matrix structures and multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with reward while not essential is beneficial
- Proactive strategic and able to balance long and shortterm priorities
