You will join the Commercial (Non-Merchant) Enterprise & Channel team at Grab Indonesia. This team builds partnerships with some of the countrys most strategic clients including those from the government State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) telecommunications companies (Telcos) and Conglomerates.

Get to Know the Role

As KAM Non-Merchant Commercial Government Assistant Manager you will acquire manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate clients within the Government and SOE products. You will focus on disciplined execution of quarterly commercial goals driving multi-product adoption and building long-term strategic relationships. You will report to the Head and this role will be based fully on site in Jakarta. You will:

  • Increase revenue and multi-product adoption (GrabCar Premium/HVR Grab for Business GrabFood GrabMart and ESG/EV programs) within your client portfolio.
  • Develop mid-to-senior level relationships within government and SOE accounts.
  • Implement the commercial strategy and help shape Grabs role in Indonesias digital and regulatory ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with other departments to co-create impactful business solutions.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. New Business Acquisition & Account Growth: Identify prospect and acquire new accounts while driving adoption of GrabForBusiness offerings within your existing portfolio aligned with Grabs Non-Merchant Enterprise goals.
  2. Strategic Relationship Management: Maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers being a trusted advisor and leading negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
  3. Operational Excellence: Instill operational thoughtfulness ensuring disciplined pipeline management accurate forecasting and accountability for achieving sales targets.
  4. Data & AI Leverage: Use CRM/Salesforce and analytics tools to monitor performance forecast pipelines and use AI tools for research data analysis and client insights.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing Product and Finance teams to develop scalable solutions that meet client needs and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  1. 5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience with a track record in the Government SOEs Telcos or Conglomerates sectors (SaaS/Tech experience is an added value).
  2. Hold a min. Bachelors degree in business management or relevant field of study
  3. Consultative selling and negotiation skills with an ability to manage complex deal cycles and structure partnerships across different parties.
  4. Experience managing relationships and influencing mid-to-senior level counterparts with credibility.
  5. Commercial experience with a data-driven approach including hands-on familiarity with CRM tools pipeline forecasting and sales analytics.
  6. Endurance to excel in a matrix environment.
