Job Summary
What will you do
- Take the lead in the continuous improvement process of our supplier quality.
- Safeguard the entire design process actively participate in design reviews and intervene where necessary.
- Promote a strong quality culture by developing and monitoring KPIs and initiating timely actions.
- Maintain our quality system (ISO9001) and implement new ones.
- Coach and motivate internal teams to develop reliable productionready products.
- Occasionally visit our international sites to align quality processes.
- You report directly to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- You hold a masters degree in Electronics and have several years of relevant experience.
- You easily maintain oversight in processes and optimization projects.
- You have strong communication and peoplemanagement skills.
- You believe in crossdepartment collaboration to achieve results.
- You like taking initiative and work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D SPC Six Sigma FMEA is a strong asset.
