For our growing Supply Chain and Operations practice in Belgium we are looking for aManager Demand Planning to strengthen our Supply Chain Planning team.
Your key responsibilities
As aManager Demand Planningyou lead project delivery teams improving our clients demand planning performance in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach while helping grow our practice outside of your client work. Drawing on your knowledge skills and experience you will start to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers support bids proposals and thought leadership.
You will work independently as well as in teams. You will coach and support consultants and client team members perform analyses and report finding and results. You will share your expertise with about 40 other colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium. Our team focuses on delivering challenging projects across the entire supply chain. Typical projects where demand planning scope is part of are the creation of a supply chain strategy maturity assessment coaching programs and global demand/SC planning systems implementations (e.g. OMP).
In addition youll actively establish and strengthen the relationships with our regional and global Supply Chain leadership teams and take part in our international communities.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Residence in Belgium required
- 6-8 years experience in supply chain planning of which minimum 3 years in demand planning
- A masters degree
- You are passionate about Demand Planning and you are also familiar with planning technologies
- Fluent written and spoken English French and/or Dutch
- Excellent analytical skills drive enthusiasm conceptual thinking communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
Its a plus if you also have
- Worked for multiple years in the industry
- Experience working with specialized solutions including OMP o9 Kinaxis BlueYonder or other
- Any other additional Supply Chain Project Management Data & Analytics experience and related certifications
- Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP is plus
