Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.
- Submission of Project documents (Technical and Commercial) in line with Specific Contracts and keeping a structural record for timely access to stakeholders.
- Record keeping and keep reminding the respective stakeholders for unanswered communication of Customer / Internal.
- Necessary follow up with respective stakeholder to on time submission of documents.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications This role requires basic experience in the Project Management & Document Management. Candidate should have min 5-7 Years of Experience. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
