Were looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team! This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity in our Santa Monica office.

What youll do:

  • Help find top engineers and creatives who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day

  • Provide hands-on full-cycle recruiting support for critical hard-to-fill technical positions

  • Source engage and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent

  • Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally

  • Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders

  • Drive offer process including generating and extending offers and closing candidates

  • Maintain and improve Snap Inc.s candidate experience

  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple on-going projects be flexible to change and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior management

  • Ability to analyze data and track metrics

  • Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency ownership and accountability

  • Ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact diplomacy and discretion

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Passion for building effective and high-performing teams

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3 years of technical recruiting sourcing or related field experience

Compensation

In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA WA NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $107000-$161000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $102000-$153000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $91000-$137000 annually.
