As the company accelerates its expansion in the Latin American market we are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager responsible for end-user development and engagement in Mexico. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the companys cutting-edge products and the actual needs of local end users and promote sustainable business growth in the region.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-user development and management in Mexico including hospitals clinics diagnostic centers and research institutions; establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams of end users.
- Understand local end-user requirements for ultrasound diagnostic equipment (including product performance application scenarios after-sales support etc.) provide professional product consultation and customized solutions and drive product sales and market penetration.
- Develop and implement end-user-oriented sales strategies set clear sales targets and ensure the achievement of regional sales KPIs and business growth objectives.
- Monitor market dynamics competitor activities and industry trends in the Mexican ultrasound diagnostic equipment market; collect end-user feedback and market intelligence to provide valuable insights for the companys product optimization and market strategy adjustment.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams (technical support after-sales service marketing etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries complaints and after-sales issues improving end-user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in local medical exhibitions seminars and industry events to enhance product visibility expand end-user resources and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above; major in Medical Devices Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in key account management or sales within the ultrasound diagnostic equipment industry. Proven experience engaging end users (hospitals clinics etc.) in Mexico is required; experience in the Latin American medical device market is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with Mexican medical device market regulations industry policies and approval requirements; understand the application needs and procurement processes of local end users for ultrasound equipment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills; able to effectively interact with end-user decision-makers technical personnel and internal teams with the ability to independently resolve complex issues.
- Strong results-oriented mindset proactive work attitude good teamwork spirit and ability to work independently; willing to adapt to occasional business travel within Mexico and abroad.
- Integrity professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
