International Sales Manager (Mexico / LATAM)

100% Remote Up to 50% Travel

Summary

The International Sales Manager is responsible for developing and expanding international business across the LATAM region. This role focuses on managing key relationships with consultants end users distributors and partners while identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within industrial and technical markets.

Target industries include:EnergyPower SystemsIndustrial / Engineering SolutionsTechnical or Specialized Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and grow relationships with customers and partners across LATAM.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities.
Conduct customer visits technical presentations and product trainings (up to 50% travel).
Manage sales opportunities from inquiry to close and maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer and project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field (Electrical preferred).
Advanced English required; bilingual in English and Spanish.
35 years of experience in technical or industrial B2B sales.
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
